Billet Casting Stage :
» Chemical Composition of Liquid Metal is continuously checked using spectrometer.
TMT Bars Rolling Stage :
» Geometrical tests such as straightness, diameter, and rib pitch etc.
» Continuous monitoring of size-wise section weight.
» Physical tests such as bending and re- bending, elongation as well as overall strength.
» Chemical tests for reconfirmation of the right composition.
